We love seeing you wear and use Snickers Workwear products on social media, and may request to share your pictures on our website and other marketing channels.

By responding to our request with the hashtag #YesSnickersWorkwear on a picture, you agree to the following:

• You provide Snickers Workwear, a part of the Swedish company Hultafors Group AB (hereinafter “Snickers Workwear”), a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide licence to use these pictures in marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to our website, newsletters, email communications, and social media channels. This licence covers the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your photos.

• You consent to Snickers Workwear using pictures where you can be identified for marketing and / or advertising purposes, according to the Swedish Act on Names and Pictures in Advertising (Sw: Lag om namn och bild i reklam (1978:800)).

• You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you gave submitted and have permission from any person(s) appearing in it. You also certify that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18, and that Snickers Workwear’s use of your pictures will not infringe on any third party’s rights or violate any laws.

• You release Snickers Workwear from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures, thereby freeing and agreeing to keep Snickers Workwear and all persons acting for Snickers Workwear from all claims and liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.
